How to use	Instructions to Prepare: Add 1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR Add 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. [ 1/4 cup – 30g.] If required any sweetener like jaggery or coconut sugar can be added. Mix well, Heat a pan, Pour a ladle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it. Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well. Serve with honey/ dates syrup/ fruits.
