Care Instructions Our products are made with solid brass and polished to a mirror finish after which they are finished with a coat of wax that helps maintain their shine.
We do not prefer to use varnishes and lacquers because although they slow the aging process, they' re also extremely detrimental to the environment and to the health of the metalsmiths who are exposed to them.
Untreated brass can easily be maintained at home with a quick rub of lemon and vinegar and sealedwith a coat of wax whereas once coated, the only way to restore it is professionally.

Fashioned after the aluminium hangers popularly used by dry cleaners in the 80s and 90s, the TAAR hangers have a comfortable familiarity to them. Hand-bent with a 4 1/2 mm brass wire and polished to a glossy mirror finish, these hangers are a simple luxury for the everyday.
