Step 1
Find a space in your home where you can comfortably set up your yoga mat and have some room to move around.

Place your hands on either side of the block and press your palms evenly into the surface.
Step 6
Inhale and lift your chest, lengthening your spine. As you exhale, begin to walk your hands back toward your hips.
Step 7
Use the yoga block to help you find proper alignment in your yoga poses.
Step 8
Continue moving your hands back until they reach your hips, then press your hips back and up to return to a seated position.
