A set of 5, 100% recycled Banana leaf handmade paper.
Hand pulled at our studio in Patna, the sheets come with a natural deckled edge and a smooth nib friendly texture, perfect for writing, printmaking techniques such as digital, screen, lino, foil and letter press. They work well for acrylic and gouache painting but are not recommended for super wet media such as watercolour.
Disclaimer: Our papers being handmade and organic, there may appear some variation between sheets and batches as well as the distribution of fibers and flowers per sheet. The papers are made using recycled resources and are dyed naturally using flowers and kitchen supplies. Colours, thickness and texture may vary a little given the nature and availability of our raw material and the hand process involved but the overall appearance of the product will not be affected. The sizes are also approximate. For better workability and ease, we have categorised them as A4 and A5. Each sheet is unique and they are all perfectly imperfect.

The papers are internally sized with starch. Therefore, their absorbency is high as compared to factory made paper. We do not suggest using much diluted mediums like watercolours, however, they are perfect for printmaking techniques, writing and mix media art.
