HOW TO USE

Skin: 1 cup in the morning
Lungs: 1 cup before lunch
Liver: 1 cup afternoon
Kidneys: 1 cup before dinner
Brain: 1 cup at bedtime
Bring water to a boil, put 1 heaped tsp of the herbal blend into the boiling water, let it simmer for 1 minute.

Then turn off the heat, and allow the herbal blend too steep in the water for 8-10 minutes.

Strain and drink.

You may add a dash of honey, date syrup or agave nectar to suit your taste. You may also allow the infusion to cool and drink with some lemon and a sweetener of your choice.

USAGE RECOMMENDATION

Serving Size: 1 heaped tsp for 1 cup
Usages per Pack: makes 50 cups (10 cups each x 5 blends).
Consumption pattern: 5 cups per day at mentioned times for 10 days
Steeping Time: 8-10 minutes
