As per Ayurveda, each body is unique in its constitution and is built around the 5 elements of air, fire, ether, water and earth. A unique combination of these elements come together to make up the body’s doshas (or our constitution) known as – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. PITTA = fire + water

Physical: excess leads to acid reflux, indigestion, acne, rosacea, skin inflammation, bad breath, body odour, premature greying, liver problems and hormonal imbalance.
Emotional: anger & irritability, excessive stress and mood swings.
KAPHA = water + earth

Physical: excess leads to weight-gain, fluid retention, fatigue, allergies, asthma, diabetes, poor appetite, low immunity, hormonal imbalances and excessive sleep.
Emotional: Depression, lack of motivation and lethargy.
USAGE RECOMMENDATION: 1 tablespoon / 14 grams in the morning, ideally empty stomach else with breakfast or lunch.
