HOW TO DO OIL PULLING IN 4 SIMPLE STEPS

• Use one sachet daily before brushing teeth, on an empty stomach.
• Squeeze the entire content of one sachet in your mouth.
• Swirl in mouth anywhere between 5 – 20 minutes. Do not gargle.
• Spit the liquid out. Do not swallow.
