You can use a lip pencil to draw a line across your lips to stop bleeding. Lipstick application should begin in the middle of your lips. Lipstick should be applied in a sweeping motion from the centre of your Cupid's bow to the outer corners of your upper lip. After that, apply lipstick on your bottom lip, starting in the middle and extending to the corners on either side. If necessary, repeat to fill in your lips.
