We seriously can’t live without salt: it’s indispensable. But eating bucketloads of any salt isn’t great, and Himalayan pink salt wouldn’t classify as the ‘healthiest thing’. It is just a better salt cause it’s unprocessed(in a good way) and without anti-caking agents that refined salts heavily rely on.
What does ‘coarsely ground’ mean?
Our salt has larger granules superadding to lesser sodium compared to refined salt. And lower sodium intake, as we all know, is beneficial, capitalised!

The salt is mined from the Khewra salt mines in the Punjab region of Pakistan.
