What does ‘wood press’ mean?
We don’t want to give away the nutrients to the heat of the oil expeller, so we extract the oil using a wooden pestle that presses the seeds and crushes them.
It’s basically the good-old wood ghani.

Yes, we agree that we are new ‘kids’ on the block, but that shouldn’t hold you back! Like any other witty teenager trying to prove a point, we want to back our packet on the shelf.
