While I thought I had tried all kinds of gluten-free flour options in the previous years, I recently learned about this gluten-free coconut flour from Nutty Yogi, and I couldnt be happier.
I am pleased I purchased this product because I am sensitive to gluten. I baked a quiche yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I made a base with just the flour and water, and it came out superb! This product is worth a try, and the price was great.

How to Use
