| Care Instruction | Keep your Cast Iron vessel clean, neat and dry when not in use. After cooking, wash with a mild soap solution using a soft brush and keep on stove top to bone dry; wipe and give it a thin coat of any vegetable oil. Store carefully away from water. In about a couple months of regular use, you might not need to coat with oil. If you notice rust (which is highly unlikely in well maintained ones), wash off the rust, apply a healthy coat of vegetable oil and keep on stove top for about ten minutes on regular flame. Wipe and store after it cools. |
