Wash the received cookware with a mild dishwash bar/liquid & a gentle scrubber.
Dry wipe it completely. Apply a generous coat of edible oil to the surface, sides, rim, handle & back of the piece.
Keep it on low-medium flame & let it heat for few minutes.
Once done, wipe the excess oil with a kitchen towel and keep it aside for the first/next use.
