Ive never used Cassava Flour before, but I find it good. I wanted to buy it because its gluten-free, and Im trying to eat more gluten-free products. The flour is really fine, and it has a good texture. Ive used it to make pancakes, and they came out good.
Cassava flour is made of the starchy root of the cassava plant. The whole plant is edible. Cassava flour is also gluten-free, paleo-friendly and grain free.Cassava flour makes rotis taste best when I can get them fresh off the pan, but they still taste good the next day, microwaved or heated up in the toaster (make sure they are kept dry). When prepared a day in advance, they need a little moisture before they are heated up.Ive used cassava flour in many traditional Indian recipes where wheat flour is the primary ingredient, like puri’s (fried bread made with wheat flour).I SUPER love the Cassava Roti Pack by Amala Earth. They are healthy and delicious. Highly recommended :)
One of the most important ingredients in baking is flour. I decided to give this cassava flour a try. This flour turned out to be everything I wanted. The flour is incredibly fine and has a consistency similar to all-purpose flour. This flour can bake cookies, cakes, and even bread. I am happy with the way it works and the results.
The flour is a glutenfree flour made from the root of the cassava plant.

½ cup filtered water, room temperature
Grab a medium and a large mixing bowl.
Beat eggs in the medium mixing bowl. Add apple cider vinegar, honey, avocado oil and water to the bowl (not necessary to mix).
