Calming and rejuvenating Shubh Saanjh Chai (Good Evening Mint Green Tea) is a digestive tea specifically designed for the evenings. The blend includes Mint, Ajwain, Fennel, Shankhpushpi blended with Darjeeling green tea leaves. This Mint green tea is specially made for the evenings to pacify the Vata Dosha.

Vata Dosha is usually risen during the evenings and in the rainy season, and may cause problems associated with gas, flatulence, bad breath or indigestion. This Chai helps in balancing the Vata dosha. The ingredients leave a refreshing taste in the mouth, and promote digestive activity.

SHUBH SAANJH CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring fresh water to boil.
Add 2 gms of loose Shubh Saanjh Chai to hot water (preferably at 98° C)
Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
Strain it into a cup.
Add lemon or sugar to taste.

DOSAGE & STORAGE
Recommended: One cup of Shubh Saanjh Chai (Mint Green Tea) twice a day preferably between 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
