Satmya Kesari Madhu Amla Murabba is made with combining two superfoods - organically grown indian gooseberry and natural multi flora honey. _x000B_
Our process is handmade the traditional way using zero sugar. The whole amla is first steamed, softened and soaked with with pure honey, kashmiri saffron and cardamom. _x000B_
The Sātmya Murabba: honey saffron dusted amla infused with cardamom is extremely beneficial for your health and perhaps the best way to feed the usually bitter fruit to kids as honey gives it a healthy sweetness. Indian Gooseberry, Amla is a miracle fruit and together with honey, saffron and cardamom it is an excellent source of Vitamin C, great for digestion, helps increase haemoglobin levels, helps with menstrual cramps, good for pregnant women and hair fall related to hormonal changes, great for skin, anti ageing and full of antioxidants.
