Fresh, natural & wholesome - milk that speaks for itself. Still, there's a store to be told, and a pretty interesting one at that - about how it came to be.
During our childhood, Maa gave us milk right out of a clay pot when we got home from school. This clay pot was in a Barosi - Barosi is a small dig in the ground filled with wood and cow dung cakes to heat the clay pot on low flames. A Barosi slowly heats milk and after a couple of hours, that milk gets the most amazing earthy fragrance. We can still smell it !! And that memory is what gave birth to our brand name - Barosi.
