  • 50 gm peanut butter
  • 50 gm honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 gm all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions -

  • Add peanut butter, honey, and eggs in a bowl to mix.
  • Follow it by blending them with flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Now take some mixture and give it the shape of a cookie.
  • Create as many cookies as you want and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven and bake them for 10 minutes. 

Honeyed Pomegranate Pots ( 8 Servings )

Ingredients -

  • 200 gm chopped pistachio
  • 85gm crushed wheat
  • 100gm honey
  • ½ orange juice
  • 300 ml double cream
  • ½ * 250 gm Greek yoghurt
  • 110 gm pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tsp rosewater

Instructions -

  • Mix the crushed wheat and seeds in a bowl.
  • Add 50 ml of honey and orange juice.
  • Divide it into 8 glasses or cups.
  • Whip the cream until soft, and add the remaining honey, yoghurt, and rose water.
  • Divide this in the pots and chill it for at least 2 hours before serving.

Honey Orange Poached Plums ( 4 Servings )

Ingredients -

  • 750 gm plums
  • 4 tsp orange blossom water
  • 140 gm honey
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • Biscuits
  • Greek Yoghurt

Instructions -

  • Place the plums in a pan with enough water to cover them. 
  • Add orange blossom water, juice, and honey to it.
  • Cover it and cook for 15 minutes till the plums are tender and not mushy.
  • Remove the plums and add them to a serving plate.
  • Put the liquid back into the pan to prepare a thin syrup. 
  • You can peel the plums or serve them as it is.
  • Serve them with Greek Yoghurt and crunchy biscuits. 
  • Pour the thin syrup on top for the final touch.
